Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used electronics
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at Ababilonia08@gmail.com or (203) 275-7629.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at Ababilonia08@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
