1. Overview At NovaTech Market, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality electronics delivered directly to your door. As a dropshipping store, orders are fulfilled and shipped by our suppliers on our behalf. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

  • Domestic (United States): 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (where available)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

6. Multiple Shipments Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. NovaTech Market has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. NovaTech Market is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 10. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us or our supplier as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
